3WZ GIVES AWAY A LOT OF GREAT PRIZES, BUT THERE ARE SOME RULES WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO REMEMBER….

1. Contests are open to all 3WZ listeners 18 years of age or older except promotional partners, employees, and immediate families of First Media Radio, LLC, their successors, agents, affiliates or subsidiaries and employees of other radio stations.

2. Listeners are eligible to win 3WZ contests no more than once every thirty (30) days. One winner per household, per contest, per thirty (30) days.

3. Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or refundable. 3WZ reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value should a prize or any portion thereof become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of 3WZ.

4. Winners must pick up prizes Monday-Friday 9am to 4pm at 3WZ, 312 S Main St., Lexington, VA, 24450. Identification acceptable to First Media Radio, LLC, may be required

5. Payment of any and all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners are required to sign a waiver acknowledging acceptance of any prize valued at $600 or more. Winners will receive an IRS Form 1099 for prizes valued at $600 or more. The value of the prize will be stated on the waiver and on any and all corresponding tax forms. A winner has the right to forfeit the prize, however, another will not be awarded in its place.

6. Pursuant to the liability waiver, winners and participants agree to hold 3WZ and First Media Radio, LLC, their corporate licensees, parent corporations, promotional partners, sponsors and officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each harmless against any and all claims and/or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the prize and/or contest.

7. By participating in contests, winners and participants agree to have their name, voice and/or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to contests.

8. There is no purchase necessary to participate in 3wz contests.

9. Contests void where prohibited by law.

10. Contest rules may vary with individual contests. Contests are governed by these general rules and any additional and/or amended rules. Contest rules are available during regular business hours at 312 S. Main Street, Lexington, VA 24450 or on line at firstmediava.com

3WZ reserves the right to amend contest rules anytime. Any changes to rules are available in writing and effective upon announcement. The decision of 3WZ management with regard to 3WZ contests is final. By participating in contests, entrants, winners and guests agree to be bound by contest rules. Failure to comply with contest rules may result in disqualification.
