The National Weather Service has issued a Flood WARNING for Alleghany, Bath, Bedford, Botetourt, Craig, Highland, Rockbridge and Rockingham Counties and Cities therein.
A Flood WATCH has been issued for the rest of the region as heavy rains are expected throughout the morning.
